KQ Airplane-Mode Case amicably resolved.

On 3rd April, 2012 I had a misunderstanding with the in-flight attendants on KQ flight No. 444 from Kigali to Nairobi.

The management of Kenya Airways  has since intervened positively in the matter and it has been amicably settled today.
